Vytautas Bakšinskas has a decade of experience in commercial real estate management. He joined Inreal Valdymas UAB in 2007, serving as a project manager, and from 2011 to 2016 was head of the leasing division, overseeing more than 100,000 sq. m. of real estate. He has also acquired additional management experience at a number of companies which belong to the Inreal Valdymas group.

Vilnius University Faculty of Economics, Master's Degree in Banking.

Andrius Daukšas has worked in investment management for more than a decade. From 2004 to 2008 he served at FMĮ Finasta first as a Securities Accountant and later as Head of the Securities Accounting Division. From 2008 to 2010 he was Director of the Treasury Department at AB Bankas Finasta. From 2010 to 2016 he held position as an Investment Manager at Invalda INVL.
