Laura Križinauskienė worked in the Finasta Group in 2004-2012. Later she hold the office as a CEO and the member of the Board at the Baltpool Energy Exchange. Since May 2016, Laura was the Head of Global Function at the Danske Bank Service Center, where she led the Lithuanian and Danish teams.

Darius Šulnis has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in establishing and managing businesses that are leaders in their respective sectors, as well as carrying out mergers and acquisitions of diverse types. This has involved attracting investment and working together with other strategic and financial investors. He led the financial brokerage company Finasta for 8 years and the real estate company Inreal valdymas for 4 years. Darius has also served on the boards and supervisory councils of numerous Polish, Ukrainian, Latvian and Lithuanian companies.

Nerijus Drobavičius has 16 years of executive experience in finance and administration, mainly in the financial and manufacturing industries, with prior work at international audit firms. Vytautas Plunksnis has more than 15 years experience in the Baltic private equity and capital markets - investing in Central and Eastern European equities, managing pension and investment funds, and handling M&A transactions.
