Dividends

The General Shareholders’ Meeting decides upon dividend payment and sets the amount of dividends. The company pays out the dividends within 1 month after the day of adoption of the resolution on profit distribution.
The dividend payment policy was approved on 29th December 2017 by the General Shareholders Meeting of SUTNTIB INVL Baltic Real Estate.

Persons have the right to receive dividends if they were shareholders of the company at the end of the tenth working day after the day of the General Shareholders’ Meeting which issued the resolution to pay dividends. 
  • For shareholders whose INVL Baltic Real Estate shares are administered by financial brokerage companies or credit institution divisions that provide custody services, the dividend amount, less the personal or corporate income tax withheld in accord with the laws of Lithuania, will be transferred to the shareholder’s account at the respective brokerage company or credit institution;
  • For shareholders whose INVL Baltic Real Estate shares are administered with the company’s authorisation by Šiaulių Bankas, the dividend amount, less the personal or corporate income tax withheld in accord with the laws of Lithuania, will be transferred to the shareholder’s designated account at a Lithuanian commercial bank (requests with account indications should be submitted to any branch of Siauliu bankas, AB. Additional information:
  • Shareholders who have not designated a bank account and for that reason did not receive dividends, should complete, sign and submit a request to transfer dividends, together with a copy of their personal identity document, to Šiaulių Bankas at the address Šeimyniškių g. 1, Vilnius 09312, Lithuania.
  • Certificates of dividends paid during the current year are prepared and provided to shareholders on request by Šiaulių Bankas (address Šeimyniškių g. 1, Vilnius 09312, Lithuania; tel. +370 5 263 6053 or +370 5 203 2233, e-mail info@sb.lt).
