10 November 2016 the Register of Legal Entities has registered Articles of Association of the special closed-ended type real estate investment company INVL Baltic Real Estate.
Draft Articles of Association were approved at the General Shareholders Meeting held on 10 November 2016. The Articles of Association indicate that the legal form of the company shall be a public limited liability company, the type of the company – a closed-ended type investment company. The name of the company shall be special closed-ended type real estate investment company INVL Baltic Real Estate. The company shall operate for 30 years after obtaining a closed-ended type investment company license, the term of activities of the company can be additionally extended for no more than 20 years. The shares of the company are admitted to trading on the NASDAQ Vilnius stock exchange.
