Based on the resolutions of the Ordinary General Shareholders meeting of INVL Baltic Real Estate that was held on 26th April 2019, the Company informs that on 26th April 2019 the amendment of the Depository Services Agreement with AB SEB bankas was signed. It establishes clearer separation of functions related to money laundering and terrorist financing prevention between the depositary service provider and the management company.
